When we got the call, we jumped into our DJ boots and slid down the pole to our fleet of Emergency Response Immediate Dance Party Operation Vehicles – or “ERID-POV” for short. Turns out we were taking it a bit too literally, and Emergency was to be the theme for Roger Williams’ first Chameleon Club event for the 2007-2008 year. We fearlessly took the stage – which was nestled dangerously within a burning building – and began to fight back the only way we knew how: dance music. Thousands of RWU students swarmed to our assistance, and after a few hours, we were able to overpower the flames, and peace reigned once again.
Close call, but a great party as always. Well done Roger Dubbs.
See you next time.
