OK.

So one of our many gigs this past weekend was at a “Beach Bash” party down at Roger Williams in RI. BobbyD and I stepped it up ourselves and hit the road with tour manager KatieBates (don’t worry, she likes it without the space).

Needless to say, we were dragging a bit from the first half of the weekend tour. I walked in to the venue with my hood pulled way down over my hat hoping to continue the half-nap that I had been rocking in the car– No such luck.

Roger Williams did it again. I looked up to where the DJ booth should have been to see a HUGE lifeguard stand (we’re talking 40 feet in the air). I used to lifeguard when I was in high-school, but never on a stand big enough to rescue Chuck Norris… because everybody knows when Chuck Norris goes swimming, he doesn’t get wet… the water gets Chuck Norris. In any case– when RWU does a theme party, you best belive they do it RIGHT.

From that point, with the help of a GOFAST (new energy drink brought up by KatieBates… not so good, but it gets the job done) BobbyD and I were ready to go. We hit the party hard with some of our new remixes and our boys at ECLPS lit up the room with the best of them.
